Our Tier 3 Service Desk Technicians personify that ethos—serving as trusted technical authorities who diagnose, resolve, and prevent the most complex issues across enterprise environments. You’ll act as the escalation point for critical incidents, lead root-cause analyses, and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 staff to elevate performance and consistency across the team.
This opportunity is contingent upon contract award, and candidates selected now will be among the first considered for onboarding once finalized. Occasional travel may be required to support specialized projects, onsite resolutions, or technical integrations. Applicants must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check prior to employment.

About the Role
Serve as expert-level escalation for persistent/complex issues spanning endpoints, identity, networking, and platform integrations; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Create/optimize images, automate maintenance/reporting (e.g., PowerShell, Power BI), and drive performance tuning.
Act as technical advisor to cross-functional teams; author SOPs, advanced KBs, and implementation plans.
Support transition surges and priority initiatives; collaborate with vendors and internal teams to land complex fixes/upgrades.
Typically business-hours coverage, with schedule adjustments during Congressional Transition as required
Requirements
Experience: Meets/Exceeds Tier 2 minimums, plus deep expertise across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, remote connectivity/VPN, and enterprise tooling. (Tier 2/3 share the advanced minimums; Tier 3 is expected to demonstrate expert proficiency.)
Scripting/Automation: Demonstrated ability with PowerShell and enterprise reporting.
Professional Skills: Executive-caliber communication; leadership in mentoring, SOP/KBI development, and cross-team coordination.
Preferred: Advanced certifications (e.g., CompTIA Sec+, ITIL, M365), plus platform-specific credentials where applicable.
